Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. the housekeeping team provided top-notch service and the conceige was always available to assist me with all my needs.
The morning breakfast was a minor issue. the same food was served daily and some of the dishes were not refilled in a timely manner.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff and concierge. They go above and beyond to ensure that all our needs are met and provide excellent customer service. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff does a great job in ensuring a comfortable stay. the location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the breakfast spread offers a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.

The customer service at this hotel was amazing! The front desk staff and the concierge were quite friendly and accommodating, making my business trip quite easy and stress-free. the housekeeping team did a great job in keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near the city's main attractions and business districts. Lastly, the Wi-Fi worked quite well, making it easy to stay connected with my colleagues throughout my trip.
The breakfast at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The food options were limited and repetitive, and some items were not replenished throughout the morning.

The front desk service, housekeeping and conceige teams were great! They were always friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. the location was also convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided were of good quality and in working condition. Plus, the front desk manager was approachable and accommodating with any of our concerns.
The morning breakfast was a letdown, unfortunately. the same basic options were repeated daily, and some of the food items were not restocked in time.
